What is Basic Mediation Training Orientation?

  

This free Basic Mediation Training Orientation is designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of mediation and conflict resolution. During this session, you’ll learn how mediation works, the role of a mediator, and how these skills can be used to help resolve conflicts between individuals, couples, students, and groups.

  

What You'll Learn:

  

  • What mediation is and how the process works

  • The role and responsibilities of a mediator

  • How mediation can be used in real-life situations

  • Information about upcoming training opportunities  

   

Who Should Attend?

  

This orientation is open to anyone interested in learning more about mediation, including individuals interested in volunteering, building communication skills, or supporting conflict resolution in their community.
