Bringing Conflict Resolution & Leadership Skills to Summer Camps

The Community Mediation Center of Calvert County now offers free summer programming for local camps and youth organizations. Our team travels directly to participating camps to provide engaging peer mediation activities, restorative circles, and Triple P-based programming.
How the Program Works
• CMCC staff travel directly to your camp location
• Sessions can take place once per week
• Typical session time: 1 hour (time can be flexible)
• Programs generally run 4–6 weeks
• All services are provided free of charge
• Designed for existing summer camps and youth programs
• Activities are age-appropriate and interactive
Program Service Options
Peer Mediation
Teach youth communication, active listening, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills through hands-on activities and roleplay.
Restorative Circles
Facilitated group discussions that help campers build trust, strengthen communication, and create a more respectful camp environment.
Parent Resources & Triple P Support
CMCC may also provide information and resources connected to the Triple P Positive Parenting Program for interested parents and caregivers.
